Open Fleets Dispatch Showing "No Drivers Available" Errors

Between ~1pm and 1:55pm PDT on October 21, 2025, riders in the US2 (United States 2) and CA (Canada) regions could not dispatch rides to Uber, Lyft, or Uzurv using OpenFleetEstimateFlow. The US1 (United States 1) region was unaffected.

The main visible error was NoDriversAvailableError on estimates instances. Users received messages like: "Unable to find a trip at this time. Please try a different pickup time or lower the number of riders."
